Become a Safe Space

HOW TO APPLY

If you would like to become a Safe Space, you can do so by following the below guidance & criteria and by completing a short application form: 

Once you have read the two above documents, you can apply by completing a short form here. Alternatively, you can complete the below Registration Form and email to safespacesussex@sussex-pcc.gov.uk

After your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed utilising the Safe Spaces Scheme Assessment and Criteria Check List. You will be contacted to organise a site visit. Once approved you will be added as a Safe Space. All staff should then read the below Training Document:

 

 

ONCE APPROVED

 When approved, please create a login using the below form to allow you to keep the details updated and accurate. You will be able to login using the Provider Portal at the bottom of the page.
