If you are already signed up as an existing Safe Space we'd love to hear from you!

Thank you for being one of our dedicated Safe Spaces. We are always striving to improve so please spend a few minutes completing our feedback form giving us your views here.

If you would like to become a Safe Space, please read the Information and Criteria, and Member Information documents below, followed by completing a short application form.

Once you have read the two documents, above, you can apply by completing a short form here.

If you would like a physical form to complete, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

After your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for a site visit. The Safe Scheme Assessment and Criteria Checklist will be used to assess the suitability of the venue and once approved you will be added as a Safe Space. All staff and volunteers should read the Safe Space Scheme Training Document

After approval please create a login using the below form to allow you to keep the details updated and accurate. You will be able to login using the Provider Portal at the bottom of the page.
